Returns

Thirty days to swap it for something else.

If a figure is not right once it is actually in the room, you have 30 days from delivery to exchange it for another of equal value. Tell us inside that window and we will set the swap up.

The policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for exchange of an equal value figure.

01
Write to us

Email the studio within 30 days of delivery with your order number and which piece you would like instead. A person reads it.

02
We confirm the swap

We reply with what is coming back, what is going out, and where to send it. Nothing needs to move until that is agreed.

03
Send it back

Pack it in the foam it arrived in — that packing is designed for the piece and is the safest way for it to travel.

04
The exchange ships

Everything is built to order, so if the piece you want is not already on the shelf, allow the usual three to four weeks.

Damaged in transit

That is not a return.

If a piece arrives broken or marked, do not send it back. Photograph the box and the piece and email the studio within 7 days — we reprint and refinish the affected part at our cost.

Because every figure comes apart, that is usually one part rather than the whole build, and you keep the rest.

Before you post anything

Write to us first.

Every piece is built to order and numbered, so exchanges are handled one at a time rather than through a form. Email the studio and we will confirm the details of your particular swap — including anything involving a commissioned or custom-finished build, a difference in value between two pieces, or return postage.

Worth knowing

01
It is an exchange

The 30-day window is for swapping one figure for another of equal value, not for a refund.

02
Counted from delivery

The clock starts the day the piece reaches you, not the day you ordered it — builds take three to four weeks.

03
Keep the foam

The packing a figure ships in is cut for that piece. It is by far the safest way to send one back.
